Taishan Nver Tea is another special local product of Taian, there is a legend story of Never Tea. They said Emperor Qianlong once came to Mountain Tai to worship, and wanted to taste the local tea, as Taian did not has tea tree in old days, therefore the officials chose the young girls to collecting a special bud to immersed in Taishan spring water, and warmed by their body, then tasted by the emperor, then we called the tea as Never Tea, it is the top grade drink in top class society since Ming and Qing Dynasty.
